About CIRI
Providing support to health care organisations to address and resolve performance concerns
Independent NHS investigations and reviews
Since the early 2000s, Manda Copage has held senior roles across the healthcare sector during which she has overseen and reviewed numerous complex performance cases. She has worked closely with managers and healthcare professionals to support the resolution of concerns, offering both insight and practical guidance.
Through this extensive experience she recognised a recurring challenge across all healthcare settings: the difficulty in identifying and securing skilled staff with capacity and independence to manage performance concerns effectively.
In response, Manda founded CIRI in 2022 to offer organisations a responsive, expert and impartial resource for managing concerns at any stage.
Her vision in founding CIRI was to create an open and accessible pathway for healthcare managers to secure not only expert advice but practical hands on independent support at an early stage, enabling timely intervention and resolution before concerns escalate.
